Big Papa Binns has been selected to be a part of the the Arkansas Arts Council’s Arts on Tour Program.  The Arts Council — part of the Arkansas Department of Heritage — has created a roster of these artists. Non profit groups — such as festivals, schools, libraries and churches — may apply for Arts on Tour Grants which pays 40 percent of the total artist fees for performances in Arkansas as well as Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas and Nebraska.  Visit Big Papa’s Roster page here: Big Papa Binns
